Under the supervision of Mr. Rafael D. Adivino, our
culinary director who has made a strong and lasting
commitment to prepare your menu with the greatest care and
present it in the most creative way possible.

Our business offers catering services which brings


uniqueness to our business since we are the only catering
who offers additional services.
 We have a group of florist who will be in charge
making bouquets as decorations in the table.
 We also do table skirting in order to dress up the
table and make simple yet presentable.
We have fruit and vegetables carvers who will
present the dish with decorative garnishing to add
an aesthetically pleasing experience to the clients.
We let our clients have their personalized menu.

We cater different kinds of events such as prom,


bridal showers, wedding, sweet sixteen parties,
first birthday party, christening, debut, baby
showers, reunions, seminars, corporate events
and many more.
MARKETING
ASPECTS
The business venture will be promoted through social
media, magazine advertisement, radio advertisement,
sales talk or word of mouth, flyers, and good service
and relationship to the costumers. Aside from that,
customer relationship marketing placed an important
role in business because it helps to gain the loyalty of

hand steamed after each use and ready at a
moment’s notice.

Florist is a craftsman who has

and making bouquets and
compositions called assemblies.

Our culinary director thought that fruit and
vegetable carving is a culinary technique. That’s
why our professional fruit and vegetables carvers
create centerpieces and displays for various
events such as parties, wedding receptions and
many more. They can present a dish with
decorative garnishing to add an aesthetically
pleasing experience to the guests.

of guests; the smaller the guest count, the
higher per plate or per person charge is and
the higher the guest count, the more it is
discounted from each price.

Owner - responsible for planning, directing, and
overseeing the operations and fiscal health of a
business unit, division, department, or an operating
unit within an organization.

Table Skirting - must provide a decorative way to hide


table legs.
Florist - able to create visually appealing flower
arrangements for an events daily requirement.
Cook - inspect food preparation and serving areas to
ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling
practices.
Carvers - present a dish with decorative garnishing
to add an aesthetically pleasing experience to the
viewers.
Dish Washer - ensuring the availability of clean
dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots,
pans, and flat ware, and resetting dining area.
Waiter - responsible for ensuring all areas of the
kitchen, food prep, and food storage areas are clean
and properly sanitized.
Accounting Staff – compute and record all the
transactions.
