1. SAE BAJA ATV | Manufacturing and Cost Department
Task
• Manufacturing a light weight and favorable ATV with rules for the BAJA ATV of the college
team.
• To build a perfect vehicle with good strength and lesser in overall cost.
Accomplishments
• Stood 59th in preliminary round and 6th in the quiz.

2. Mechanical Water level controller (M-WLC) for domestic water tank.

• M-WLC based on Elliptical trammel mechanism. Which automatically cut off the power supply when
tanks overflows and vice versa.
3. LPG Based refrigeration system.
• Utilizing the domestic LPG gas which is flow through pipe, to create refrigeration effect in
between cylinder and stove.

INDUSTRIAL VISITS
• Visited a Combined Cycle Power plant (DCCPP) Which is worked on Gas and steam power cycle.
• Visited a Cold storage refrigeration system which is worked on vapour compression cycle.
