Part E – Monitor and improve critical thinking practices

ANALYSE FEEDBACK RECEIVED

Feedback from team members: Team members suggest that learning

opportunities can help improve performance slowly but steadily. It seems I gave the
team and each individual the right learning opportunities so that they could grow and
help the company. We believe that providing interest-based learning
opportunities enhances the individual skills of our team.

Feedback was given to team members based on their performance, indicating that a

temporary fix could manage current issues to some extent. They work well
together, but the real solution is not the best. Additional staff and other support are
required to complete work during such emergencies. As for the feedback I got from
them, they complained that they didn't have enough time to get the job done even
though they weren't used to practicing critical thinking yet. They work well as a team
and find solutions to problems, giving you more time to consider alternative courses of
action.

Recommendations:

To learn more about your team's interests and skills, you need to do some research.

And make an effort to provide them with some kind of
educational opportunity or guidance. This procedure can be used to
grow your business and benefit your employees in the future.

Another suggestion is to introduce a critical thinking exercise or some process into your

organization. You can use it as a guide for future tasks.
