Procedure to Claim Refund

for Free Cancellation Coverage


Under this policy, every Passenger shall be compensated for the financial
loss incurred due to carrier delay or cancellation due to medical reasons
(for complete details please refer the insurance policy document)
The customer shall be able to claim for refund under this insurance only
once the refund from the airlines has been processed. The insurance shall
PARTloss
cover/refund the remaining financial - A(cancellation charges).
Please follow the below step-wise guidelines to claim a refund.
Visit www.easemytrip.com or open EaseMyTrip App.

Go to “My Account” and click on LOGIN/SIGNUP and enter the details to Log in to
your account.

Once you are logged in, visit My Booking.

Choose the booking for which you wish to claim the refund.

On the next screen, click on the Claim Insurance button.

Now, select the passenger's name for whom you wish to claim insurance and
upload the required documents (the one's marked with star are compulsory to
be uploaded)

Documents required to be uploaded:

1. Medical Certificate/ Medical Prescription stating the medical reason due to


which the passenger had to cancel the flight

2. Aadhaar Card Front

3. Aadhaar Card Back

4. Cancelled E- mail: Email received confirming the cancellation of ticket of the


passenger

5. Cancelled Cheque for bank details to credit refund amount

6. Declaration Form (Optional) which can be downloaded from the link on the
same page where insurance claim is being submitted.

After uploading all documents, click on Submit button.

Congratulations!
Your request for insurance claim has been submitted. You can check
the status of the claim under same Booking in My Booking!
