POH KONG HOLDINGS BERHAD

Poh Kong Holdings Berhad was founded by Yee Seiong Choon and Teck Chong Cheong in
1976. The first Poh Kong Holdings Berhad branch was located in Petaling Jaya. In the jewellery
industry, Poh Kong Holdings Berhad is at the forefront and is experiencing unexpected growth. In
2004, Poh Kong Holdings Berhad was listed on Bursa Malaysia and has created many successes.
Among the successes achieved by Poh Kong Holdings Berhad is that Poh Kong Holdings Berhad has
its own manufacturing facility located in Shah Alam and in 2011, Poh Kong Holdings Berhad also
managed to open its 100th branch. This success gives the impression that Poh Kong Holdings Berhad
has a strong position as the largest jewellery retail chain store in Malaysia.

Poh Kong Holdings Berhad provides the services of distributing and supplying jewellery,
precious and semi-precious stones, and gold jewellery, administrative services, as well as
Manufacturing, Trading and Others are segments of the Company. Jewellery, gemstones and gold
ornaments are produced and sold in the Manufacturing division. Jewellery, gemstones, gold
jewellery, and suppliers and sellers of gold bars form the Trade category. Investing in gold bullion
and supplying it is part of the others category. Gold, diamonds, jade, pearls and colored gemstones
are among the gems available. D’First and Hemera are brands that sell the company’s internal
diamond collection. Engraving, polishing, resizing, repairing, ear piercing and sound piercing are just
some of the services provided Poh Kong Jewelers Sdn. Bhd. and Poh Kong Jewellery Manufacturer
Sdn. Bhd. are two of the company’s subsidiaries.
