A. What are the kinds of structures you observe in nature and how have they inspired in real life
existing structures? Illustrate with suitable examples (8 Students-4 Groups: Each group with 2
students)

B. Study the work of any one structural designer. Give a brief biography of the engineer along with the
details of structures designed by him. The details should be documented in terms of philosophy of
the design and material and system adopted. (6 Students-3 Groups: Each group with 2 students)

C. Study any one iconic structure. Try to give history of development related to that along with the
structural system and load transfer mechanism in that structure. (8 Students-4 Groups: Each group
with 2 students)

Note: Submission should be in ppt format only. Each group will have 10 minutes for the
presentation.
