Key Responsibilities:

 Responsible for meeting the sales targets asset for the US and other North American
geographies.
 Hire, build, manage a sales team, and aggressively hunt for new business.
 Manage a pipeline of opportunities from the own network as well as the company’s lead
generation activities.
 Conduct periodic reviews to achieve revenue targets.
 Build and foster a target-driven approach for pre-sales, marketing, and sales function, setting
a unified direction to ensure priorities are always clear.
 Recommend continual improvements that outline the changes needed to transform the
organization into a sales-driven environment.
 Implementation of marketing and sales strategies, content roadmap, and related collaterals
 Manage the sales team
 Set and track sales targets.
 Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
