    I. OBJECTIVES

    At the end of the lesson, the students are expected to:

    a) define Cariñosa.
    b) execute the eight figures of Cariñosa dance
    c) enjoy dancing the Cariñosa.

    II. SUBJECT MATTER

    b) Materials: PowerPoint Presentation, Videos, Pictures.
    c) Reference: Cariñosa Dance, pp. 136 – 139, MAPEH 2 by Gonzales, et. al.

    IV. PROCEDURE

    A. Motivation

    The student will observe the picture pasted in front. Then, the teacher randomly
    calls a few of the students to tell or to share with the class what they have observed
    in the picture.
    B. Lesson Proper

    A. Preparation of the topic.

    1) Lessons will be viewed through PPT


    2) The teacher will introduce the topic and explain what is Cariñosa.
    3) Students will listen to the teacher attentively about the topic.
    4) The teacher will discuss the eight figures of Cariñosa

    B. Application

    Activity: LETS TRY!

    Same as your groupings from last meeting, you are going to perform a
    specific figure of Cariñosa dance. You or each group will choose randomly
    (“bonut”). I will going to give you 5 minutes to prepare or practice the
    figure you were chosen. Ok class?
