1. Paracetamol 500mg #10

sig. 1 tab every 4 hours for fever temperature more than or equal to 37.8C

2. Hexetidine #1
sig. swish and gargle 20ml full strength for 30 secs 2x a day

3. Na Ascorbate Zn tab #20

sig. 1 tab once a day

4. Azithromycin 500mg #3
sig. 1 tab once a day for 3 days

Advised to seek ER CONSULT if symptoms worsen
