Important update regards to Transport plan change communication

Dear Customer,

As communicated earlier, we have enhanced the Transport Plan change communication and
introduced the revised changes effective 15th August 2020 onwards to manage your supply chain
efficiently at every stage.

1) Every notification states the reason for changes in Transport Plan. This ensures you know the
reason for changes to your transport plan and keep your end customers well informed about
the shipment status in advance.
2) We notify you only if the Transport Plan changes impact ETD (Origin), ETA (Destination),
Vessel, Voyage, Port or Terminal (Origin & Destination). Transhipment changes that has no
impact on the above, won’t be notified. This way you avoid unnecessary notifications on
transport plan changes.

by step guide:

Step 1 To edit or create a subscription you will need an active account on our website. If you don´t
have one, you can register by clicking https://www.maersk.com/portaluser/register/ . If you've
already signed up with us, log into your account and begin customizing your notifications here

1. Once you log into your account, Click on Profile located at the top right corner of the page
and click on Notifications.

Classification: Public
Step 2 Click “Create new Notification”

Step 3 Select “Transport plan changes” and click “Continue”. If you use multiple accounts for the
same company, please create a separate notification for each account.

Step 4 Select which type of transport plan changes you would like to receive notifications for
- Estimated time to arrival(ETA)
- Vessel and Voyage
- Port and Terminal

Step 5 Fill in the recipient of the emails: either your email address, your colleague´s, or a group email
and select the frequency on how often you want to receive these notifications

Classification: Public
Step 6 Additional filters can be used to refine your notifications based on location & roles

Step 7 Click “Submit”. Congratulations, your Transport plan change notification has now been created!

Editing or deleting the subscription


You may also edit or delete an existing subscription from the “Notification” page. Just click
“Manage” and “Notifications”, click on the dropdown arrow next to your notification and click the
“Edit” or “Delete” button.
