We are the first group and we were given the task

of observing the current needs in Lapinig Municipality
through interviews and integration with towns people
Hon. Flora S. Quilicol , our vice mayor , was
interviewed and photographed by group 1.
 2.Suggest 1 Practical and feasible program ,
ordinances that can alleviate the problems of the
town .
Answer:
An ordinance prohibiting the drinking of alcoholic
beverages in public streets , sidewalks and public
parks in the Municipality of Lapinig . This ordinance
enacted on February 20 , 2022 Sponsored by Hon.
Ruby Q. Delmonte .

Provide three pros and three cons for the proposed

program , ordinances in order to improve it .

Answer:

Three pros for prohibiting the drinking of alcohol

beverages in publics:
 Would create a safer drinking environment
for everyone { people more inclined to call the
police or ambulance when someone had
alcohol poisoning at a party.
 Reduces fewer drunk driving incedents in
towns with lower drinking ages.
  It prevent people encounter alcohol related
harms , risky behaviour and criminal activity.

Three cons for prohibiting the drinking alcohol

beverages in publics;
 Drinking could land peoples in trouble , it
might end up hurting somebody.
 Might cause more reckless drinking.
 More people drinking could create more
unsafe environment.
