MINI PROJECT GUIDELINES

 All the students must and should attend the project classes, project reviews without fail.
 The Project batch should submit a copy of abstract to the guide and also the project
coordinator after the selection of the project along with guide and student signatures.
 The attendance sheet will be available for all days of project classes.
 A student will be allowed to attend the project review if he/she satisfies the attendance
criteria of the project classes.
 Each batch should have a project class note book where they should write brief concept
of the explanation provided for the project for each class.
 The student should contact the guide, explain about the project status and take signature
of the guide on daily basis.

CONTROLLING SYSTEM USING EMBEDDED
SYSTEM

ABSTRACT:

We present an NODEMCU-based automation system to control the streetlights based on

solar rays and object’s detection. We aim to design various systems to achieve the desired
operations, which no longer require time-consuming manual switching of the streetlights.
The proposed work is accomplished by using an microcontroller, a light dependent resistor
(LDR) . Firstly, we show that the streetlights can be controlled based on the night and
object’s detection. Using webpage we can turn ON and OFF .We can operate by phone .
The proposed systems are designed at lab-scale prototype to experimentally validate the
efficiency, reliability, and low-cost of the systems. We remark that the proposed systems
can be easily tested and implemented under real conditions at large-scale in the near future,
that will be useful in the future applications for automation systems and smart homes.
Street lighting is a critical component of any city's infrastructure. On the other hand, the
street lighting system consumes a significant amount of electricity.
