My chore as multiplication equations and repeated addition:

2x3=6 2 x 5 = 10
2+2+2=6 2 + 2 + 2 +2 +2 = 10
and Or
3 x 4=12 5 x 2=10
4 +4 +4= 12 5 + 5= 10

Students who are capable may change the value of the chore. Like 1  = 2
Then the multiplication problem will change

1 x3 = 3 will then be 2x3=6
