Author

Bro Emmanuel Okorie is a young believer that loves God. He is a full

member of Assemblies of God church (Calvary Temple) and a children
minister.

His love for young children is deep; his vision is to equip young
children (Kids, teenagers) to become responsible youth to the church,
and the world as a whole.

 Introduction

The message of the good news comes to a focus in a verse in the bible. A
particular popular verse (john 3 vs 16).

For God so loved the world that gave, his one and only begotten son, so
that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.

God’s love is not static or self-centered, it reaches out and drowns others
in god set the pattern of truelove, the basis for all love-relationship to
humanity as a whole. God loves the human-race to the extent he seat his
lovely son to cut any-trace of immorality and sin from us.

CHAPTER ONE

The conception of love

I t came to a time in the bible were God created heaven and earth, he
made man in his own image to conquer, subdue and overtake
everything, that is to say to be in charge (DOMINION
MANDATE). However, man disobey God, which leads to the fall of man,
since that time up until now humankind in general have been battling with
sin seriously. God decided to send his son for the redemption of
humankind that was how this love started. Even up till date this love is still
existing in this life, is a great and a wonderful privileged to experienced this
love from the throne of Grace. These is an awesome love God gave to us,
but many people misunderstood this love.

What is love ?

 Love encompasses a range of strong and positive emotions and

mental states, from the most sublime virtue or good habits.
 THE LOVE OF GOD

 Love is considered to be both positive and negative, with its

virtue representing human kindness, compassion, and affection.

Love is the greatest, we cannot compare anything on this earth with Love,
because, love does not shows jealousy, envy, hatred or quarrel.

God himself is love and every human being on earth is marked with the
love of God upon his or her life.

For instance, we have seen where an arm robbery got repented and give his
life to Christ, despite all evil acts and dubious sin; God still have
compassion(mercy) on him and forgive him all his trespasses.

 We have seen where many individuals and personalities indulge

themselves into evil acts such as money making rituals, stealing
other people’s properties and assets despite this evil acts, God still
have compassion(mercy) on them and forgive them all their
iniquities and dubious acts.

This is just a sign and a prove that every human being on this planet earth
carries the love of God upon his or her life.

Romans 5 vs 8 (NLT)

But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we
were still sinners.

Romans 5 vs 8 (KJV)

But God commedeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners,
Christ died for us.

The love that caused Christ to die is the same love that sends the Holy
Spirit to live in us and guide us on daily basis. The power that raised our
lord and savior Jesus Christ from the dead is the same power that saved
people from their sinful life and is still available to you in your daily life.
Be rest assured that, having begun a new life in Christ Jesus, you have a
reserve of power and love to call on him each day for help to meet every
challenge and difficult or trials on way as a believer.

You can pray and asked God’s power and love as you need it in your daily
work with him. God almighty in heaven is a loving father. And is ready to
do everything for us so that we may live a fullness of life both on earth and
even in heaven. God is never far from anybody, he loves us with a deep
sense of acceptance.

Romans 5 vs 5

And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God
loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with love.

God is ready to love us no matter, the circumstances we find ourselves.

God is good, and also kind. And his love endureth forever. Both in life and
eternity to come.

CHAPTER TWO

The Human Love and Divine Love

A young lady graduated from school and she found out that a man is
interested in her. As time goes on the relationship did not work as how she
wants it not the first time, second time neither the third time, due to this
incident she said that and sign within herself that love does not exist.

These category of love is classified as the human love (Natural love). The
human mind is in such a way that it can yes today and say no tomorrow.

The natural love is selfish, but divine love is unselfish. A human being
exercising a natural or human love is concerned about herself or himself,
thinking what’s in it for me, we see this events in the Christian realm,
among believers, saved breathren an even among ministers of the gospel of
our lord Jesus Christ.

Much of the time we don’t walk in divine love as children of God. The
love of God has been shed abroad in our hearts as Christians and also
among believers of our lord Jesus Christ.

In the chapter I said I and made it clear that God in heaven is the God of
Love an d he is ready to show us his love from above as his children.

1st Corinthian 13 vs 4

Love [divine love, is classified as the love of God].

Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous, boastful, proud, or rude. It does
not terrible or irritable and it keeps no records of being wronged.

That is what is called divine Love and is from God Almighty in heaven.
Nobody should say that I do not believe in love or the word love doesn’t
exist in the physical realm, anybody that says is contradicting human love
(natural love) with the love of God (divine love).

The human mind is in such a way that it can change at any given point in
time, that is how it is in the physical too, anytime the human love is in place
it can change at any given point in time.

Jesus said something in the book Mark when the teachers of the religious
leader where arguing about something << what is the greatest
commandment >>

Mark chapter 12 vs 28 to 30 - 31

28 One of the teaches of religious leader law was standing there listening to
the debate. He realized that Jesus had answered well, so he asked, of all the
commandments, which is the most important.

29 Jesus replied “The most important commandment is this, ‘Listen, O

Israel: The Lord our God is the one and only God.

30 And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, with your soul,
mind and all your strength.

31 The second is equally important: Love your neighbor as yourself. No other

commandment is greater than this.

God’s laws are not burdensome. They can be reduced to two simple
principles.

 Love God
 Love others

These two commandments are from the Old Testament

(Deuteronomy 6vs5, Leviticus 19vs18)

When you love God Completely and care for others as you care for
yourself, then you have fulfilled the intent of the Ten Commandments
and others Old Testament laws. According to our Lord and Savior Jesus
Christ, this two commandment summarized all God’s laws.

If we want to do well in our Christian life, is compulsory they rule your

thoughts, decisions and your various actions. When you are uncertain,
about what to do, ask yourself which course of action best demonstrates
the love for God and the love for others.

KEY THOUGHTS ON LOVE

1st Corinthians 13vs1 (NLT)

Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and I did not love
others. I would only be a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.

Though I speak with tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I
am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. (KJV)

It is critical and mandatory that the lifestyle of love is important to our

existence on earth and our destiny in eternity.

Walking in love is beneficial to our existence on the earth as well as our

eternity in heaven.

Let look at these two keys thoughts

1. Speaking in tongues equals noise without love.

1st Corinthians 13vs1

Thought I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity,
I am become as a sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.

This means, if a person speaks with the tongues of men and that of angels
but does not walk in love, he is noise-making machine.

Today, in our generation, there are many people who pray and think that
they are really praying; meanwhile the only thing God hears is noise
because they lack love. They don’t love their wives, children’s or
neighbors.

They labor bitterness, hatred and unforgiveness, yet they pray. To such
people when they pray, God says, you are making noise and your prayer is
far from me. They prayer they prayed in front of God is classified as noise.

2. Revelation or Insight is a waste without Love.

1st Corinthians 13 vs 2

Says that if a person has all the prophetic powers, the gifts of revelation, and
knows everything but does not walk in love, it profits nothing. This simple
means that revelation or, insight is a total waste without Love.

Light, revelation or insight can do no good without love coming to

existence. This is why we have a lot of people who knows a lot of scripture
(Bible) but nothing to show for what they know because they have no
love.

Is crucial that as believers, we should make up our mind to walk in the love
of God almighty in heaven.

Love is the greatest. Never underestimate the power behind love and the
deep mysteries behind the love of God, let exercise this love in our
Christian life, In our social life, our physical life, family life and in our
various career, it will helps us in generations to come, even in eternity when
we meet our lord and savior Jesus Christ.

CHAPTER THREE

The greatest love

T his love is classified among believers and Christians in both church,

society and community. These loves is classified as agape love. This love
is the love that have to be among Christians, and other personalities in our
community.

Agape is the greatest love that have to be among Christians, and must be
shared among individuals and other people both in the house, outside or
even among our neighbors.

Let take for instance, that this love, which is the greatest love, is not shared
among we Christians and brethren’s in the vineyard of God how can we
demonstrate it, to others it can’t be possible and it can’t come to reality
and existence because this love is not shown among our fellow Christians.

Let take for example people that have not heard about the good news of
our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, according to the world populations that

is getting to 8 billion peoples there are many individuals that have not
heard the message and the glorious word of our Lord Jesus Christ. If this
love is not demonstrated among us, how can we showed it to others by
telling them about this awesome love of our Lord Jesus?

Is mandatory and compulsory we show this love to our brethren in Christ,

this is the only way we can demonstrate it to other people that is both
orphans, less privileges widows and even unsaved individuals that have not
given their whole life to our master Jesus Christ.

“Late Dr Morris Cerrulo recounted one of most experience he had when he

travelled to Haiti, one of the country that is infested with voodoo worship,
after reading this then you will understand why we need to show this love to
others, if we don’t have this love among us it will be difficult for others to
heard the message of our Lord Jesus.”

Late Dr Morris went to a Kiosk to buy a bottle of coca cola drink, he went
and saw the dealer and asked the dealer if he had heard of Jesus Christ. To
the amazement, the man replied, what is Jesus, is it another brand of soft
drink or another drink altogether?

Dr. Morris said he dropped the coca cola bottle and began to cry and weep.
How can a mere brand soft drink become more popular than the Savior of
the whole world. It is great tragedy and disastrous effects.

You see, brethren and beloved in Christ Jesus, that so many individuals
that not received this love, if this love called Capella is not showed among
us how can unbelievers also receive the message of the good news.

May God help us!

CHAPTER FOUR

Maintained Goodwill and kind-

heartedness towards others

The earth and the world was created by love, and it is meant to be operated
by love. Is because of love for humanity that was why God gave the world
to human beings to manage for him.

Luke chapter 10:33-34 (KJV)

But a certain Samaritan, as he journey, came where he was, and when he

saw him, he had compassion on him, and went to him, and band up his
wounds, pouring in oil and wine and set him on his own beast and brought
him to an inn, and took care of him.

Then a despised Samaritan came along, when he saw the man, he felt
compassion for him.

34 Going over to him, the Samaritan settled his wounds with olive oil and
wine and bandaged them. Then he put the man on his own donkey and took
him to an inn, where he took care of him.

Deep hatred existed between the Jews and Samaritans. The Jews saw
themselves as pure and good descendants of Abraham, while the
Samaritans were mixed race produced when Jews from the northern
kingdom intermarried with other people after Israel exile to this legal
expert, the person least likely to act correctly would be the Samaritan. In
fact, he did not even say the word Samaritan is to Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
This expert attitude betrayed his lack of the very thing that he had earlier
said the law command—(Love).

The scripture has made it clear that God is love (1 John 4:7-8) not
“Love is God”. Our world with it shallows and selfish view of love has
turned this world around and contaminated our understanding of love.
The world thinks that love is what makes a person feel good and that it is
all right to sacrifice more principles and other’s right in order to obtain
such love. But that isn’t real love; it is the exact opposite— (Selfishness).
And God is not that kind of “love”. Real love is like God, who is holy, just
and perfect. If we truly know God almighty in heaven, we will love as he
does to us.

In the beginning of the world, God created the earth. It means in the
beginning; love was created on the earth. So the earth was created by love
and it is meant to be operated and digest by love.

But unfortunately, we live in a world and a generation where many people

are suffering and complaining because of lack of love. It is important,
therefore to understand the major principles of love.

In the first chapter of the book, we defined what love is. Another
definition for love is about the maintenance of goodwill and kind-
heartedness towards others. This is about wishing people well and being
kind to them, despite their problems and conditions.

There are those who minds are filled with evil and bad will. If you are not
looking depressed, it is a huge and a massive challenge to them. But is you
are looking pitiable and harass able, then you draw their attention, which
is bad and evil in the sight of God. In this part of the world, there is a lot
of witchcraft and satanic oppression that is our continent Africa.

And witchcraft manipulation is nothing but wishes that are crafty. We live
in a wicked and a mysterious world, where what operates normally is the
pull-him down syndrome which is common in our society, continent
(Africa), families and community.

Let’s take for instance you put one hundred crabs inside a basket, you
don’t need to cover the basket because no crab will go out. That is how it
is both physically and spiritually, how you wish your neighbor, that is what
will happen.

The truth is, what you don’t like you must lack. Both with God and
nature. What you don’t celebrate or appreciate, you will never attract.
Anywhere you see great and good things be happy and excited with it for
whatsoever a man sows in this life, he or she must severely reap ( Luke
6:38).
 THE LOVE OF GOD

Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full-pressed
down, shaking together to make room for more, running over and poured
into your lap. The amount you will give determine the amount you get
back (Luke 6:38, NLT).

You see, no star is shining at the expenses of another star. Nobody is the
reason why he is a great man or woman. Nobody’s success is the reason for
another person’s failure in making.

God have a reason for bringing everybody on earth, what you are born to
do, is not the same as what other person is born to do. We are all on earth
with different assignment, vision and purpose, so why not make love lead
us in everything that we are doing.

Brethren and beloved in Christ Jesus, wish your neighbors and everyone
around you, well. Simply because God have something bestowed for
everybody as long as this earth is concern. Love people with kind heartedly
and wish them in all areas of their life. Both spiritually, financially,
martially, academically etc.

The earth was created by love, and it is meant to be operated by love.

CHAPTER FIVE

The bankruptcy of love in our society

O ur society is suffocating and lying to the absence of love both in

families, churches and our environment.

In the chapter 4 of this book, I made it clear that the earth and the world
was created by and it is meant to be operated by love.

Love is the greatest, without love there will not be any form of unity
among individuals in the society or the church.

Matthew 25:35-40 (NLT)

35 I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you
gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in.

36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me,
I was in prison and you visited me.

37 Then the righteous will answer him, “Lord when did we see you hungry
and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink?

38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and
clothe you?

39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?”

40 The king will reply “truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least
of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did it for me.

Jesus was telling a great parable to his disciples about the act of mercy and
love, we all can do every day these acts. Do not depend on wealth, ability
or intelligence, they are simple acts freely given and freely achieved and also
received.

We have no excuses to neglect those who have deep needs and we cannot
hand over this responsibility to the church or government.

Jesus demands our personal involvement in showing love and also caring
for other’s needs.

Understand that when we help anybody in need, is good that we are

offering it too because the rewards and the gifts are in heaven.

MAJOR KEYS IN FINDING QUALITY RELATIONSHIP

Many people think that real friends are scare but you can be a real friend
to some. How you live is a product of how you relate. Quality relationship
leads to quality living.

Now, let look at this main keys involves in finding quality relationship.

1- Rely on divine guidance

Is mandatory we rely on divine guidance for the right relationship.

Proverb 3 vs 5 – 6 : Trust in the lord with all your heart do not depend on
your own understand. Seek his will in all you do and he will show you
which path to take.

Let God lead you to the right people. When God bad you to the right
people you can move your life to another dimension and another realm.
And also let God disconnect you from wrong association.

2- Be a friend indeed

Proverb 18 vs 24 : There are “friends” who destroy each other, but a real
friend stick closer than a brother.

Loneliness is everywhere : many people feel cut off and aliented from
others, being in a crowd just makes people more aware of their isolation.
We all need friends who will stick close, listen, care and also offer help
when it is needed, both in good times and bad times. It is better to have
one such friend than dozens of superficial acquaintance. Instead of
wishing you could find a true friend, seek to become one. If you look
around, you will find people who need your friendship and care on daily
basis.

Ask God to reveal them to you. Let someone find in you a positive
character and good qualities. Sow the seed of kindness to someone. Be
there for someone when you are needed urgently.

People are hungry for acceptance; the world is virtually suffocating

because of the bankruptcy of love. Many people and individuals are saying
these words on daily basis.

Who values me? Who knows me? Who knows that I exist? Who thinks I
matter? Who care about me?

These are questions people ask themselves on regularly basis, and also must
times. There are many people and individuals who have not received a
phone call from anyone in days, weeks, months or even more.

No one calls to tell or ask them, how are you? How are you doing? Is
everything okay with you over there?

Let determine to be the person that will make that difference in people’s
lives, if you have the mentality and the thoughts that nobody calls you,
then start caring for people and calling them.

Many people think that real friends are scarce but you can be real friend to
someone, both in your society, community and the church as a whole.

Points to note

 Remember love is the greatest.

 The earth and the world was created by love.
 The love of God abides in the life of every individual.
 Never underestimate the power of love.
 And finally walking in love is beneficial to our existence.

CHAPTER SIX

A sinner prayer to receive Jesus as their

Lord and Personal Savior

Q uestion?

Who is a sinner?

1- A sinner is the one that lives without law.

2- One that is not righteous before God Almighty.
3- A sinner can be defined as one that is condemned to eternal
condemnation or death.

That bible made it clear and sound that everybody and everyone born out
of a man is a sinner but thank God for the life of our savior Jesus Christ
that came to die for our sins.

Few verses that talked about SIN

Roman 3 vs 23: For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

Roman 6 vs 23: For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God
eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Galatians 5 vs 19 – 21: The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual

immorality, purity and debauchery

20- I dilatory and witchcraft, hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish
ambition, dissension, factions.

21- And envy, drunkenness, orgies, and like, I warn you as I did before,
that there who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.

1st John 1 – 8 to 10

8- If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not

in us.

9- If we confess our sin, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sin
and purify us from all unrighteousness.

10- If we claim we have not sinned we make him out to be a liar and his
word is not is us.

James 4 vs 17: If anyone, then knows the good they ought to do and
doesn’t do it, it is sin for them.

Revelation 3 vs 20: Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If

anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that
person and individual.

Jesus Christ is still waiting and knocking at the heart of sinners,

personalities and individuals that have not given their lives to him.

Despite your sin, Jesus Christ is still ready to accept you as his beloved, this
is the right time and right moment.

If you ready to give your life to Jesus, say this short prayer. LORD! Jesus
am I a sinner I know I have sinned against you in different ways. Today I
confess my sins. Accept me as I am. Delete and cancel my name in the book
of death.

In addition, write my name in the book of life in Jesus name Amen.

Roman 10 vs 10: With the mouth, confession is made unto salvation.

I want to congratulate you, because you are now a true child of God,
welcome to the kingdom of God the most high.

CONCLUSION

The main purpose and reason for writing this book, is to reveal the deep
and mysteries behind the love of God almighty. As I said early, in the book
that love, is the greatest and the earth and the world was created by the love
of God. Without the love of God, Jesus Christ will not leave his throne, to
come and die for humanity, it was his love, that is why we can boldly and
confidently say we are children of the most high God.

May this love that surpass all human understanding continue to rest
within our mind, soul, and spirit through Christ our Lord
