Five Year Plan

I have always wanted to travel world before getting settled up at one place, for now I have
planned for:

 To get a good job that will be my stepping stone for my plan


 First foremost to complete my Education Loan as soon as possible
 Second gift my parents and my elder sister a valuable gift it can be a trip also to
foreign land
 Third I want to travel around India, as visiting every state and cities and then foreign
trips
 Then work on my dream to open a café in Lucknow, a place that me and my sister
have planned and to have it in partnership

My 5 year plan I want myself grow to accept everything around and be the person I have
always wanted to be.
ABOUT:

The Chikankari Place is taking chikankari to places, at least away from our long kurta sets
that typically involve white chikan work on plain, pastel fabric like muslin, chiffon, mul mul
and organza to printed poly silk fabric and bolder colours. Not just this, like promised, the
brand also makes chikankari modern -- crafting beautiful pleated A-line dresses, Short Kurtas
and Kurtis, Maxi and Short Dresses, Collared Shirts, stylish Kaftans and even Co-Ord Sets all
highlighting chikankari, front and centre. Overall, the vibe is fresh, clean, extremely wearable
and present-day chic.
If you're missing desi, Chikankari Place also stocks and makes traditional kurta sets and
more. Oh, and all Our clothing is strictly made to have a relaxed and comfortable fit. You can
live in kari, all day, no worry!

Economic logic of the business:

The Chikankari Place goal is to provide best quality product with different varieties to the
customers around the world who couldn't reach to the legacy of Lucknow. With affordable
price and best service, we want to win customers trust and their belief in us.

Differentiators:

The choice of design for The Chikankari Place is the structure of Rumi Darwaza, a
monument in Lucknow, it shows the legacy and era of the place from which the product has
come from.

Through social media and mouth to mouth marketing.

Staging & Sequencing:

Planning to expand in Pune City as here consumer base is strong, college students are very
much interested in buying such clothes.

Once the business settles down we’ll invest more in bulk orders.

Arena:

The designs are made by karigars from old Lucknow, where the karigari is famous and
authentic.

Initial Sale:

I have sold Chikankari kurtis, sarees that I bought from Lucknow in wholesale at cheaper
price and sold it to my friends who wanted a good quality chikankari clothes at low prices.
I sold my biggest order to one of my friend as her mother was interested in buying a
chikankari saree.

Investment: 2000 (product delivering from Lucknow, packaging, customer orders delivery)
Profit: more thank 10000 (after separating investment from it)
