Dear Student

You can access recorded videos of Live Classes in two formats:

1. Android based Mobile App

2. Laptop/Desktop on Windows

We advise you to read these steps very carefully.

You would have received an email from hp2020solution@gmail.com with details about software links
for windows and android and with your User ID and Security Code.

We advise you to follow the following instructions to access the videos.

A) For accessing the videos using a Laptop or Desktop (Windows)

1) Locate the email from hp2020solution@gmail.com in your mailbox. The email would look like:

2) Click on the ‘Windows Link’.

Following page will open:

Click on Download in the 1st box for Windows.

3) The folder with title “dthplayerv2_1” will appear in your download folder

4) Extract the file in a folder and after extraction, Right Click on the “Setup” and Run as Administrator.
This will install ‘DTHGateway’.

5) Use your User ID and Security code to login.

6) Once you have successfully logged in, you will find the recordings on the right-hand side of your
player interface.

B) For accessing the videos using Android Smartphones

1) Open you email ID on your Android phone. Locate the email from hp2020solution@gmail.com.

2) Click on the ‘Windows Link’.

3) Clicking on the Windows link and select the Android option (2nd in the list). It will redirect you to
google store.

4) Download the DTHplayer.

5) Use your User id and Security code to login.

6) Once you have successfully logged in, you will find the recordings on the right-hand side of your
player interface.
