Application for Certified Copy of Order dated 23.09.2022 (URGENT)

Respected Sir/Madam,
I, P K Handa, son of Shri Lt. Nanak Chand Handa, resident of
C-8, 2nd floor, East of Kailash, New Delhi 110065 would like to state the
following:

1. That I am the Appellant in case number 494/2022 pending before Hon.

Appellant Court (Senior Citizen) South East District.

2. That this court was pleased to pass Interim Order dated 23.09.2022
directing Respondent Rajan Handa to pay Electricity Bills of property
bearing no. C-8, 2nd floor East of Kailash, New Delhi 110065.

3. That Rajan Handa has not abided by the said order and in order to take
corrective measures, I require the certified copy of the said order.

4. That Electricity bill has been pending for 3 months and will be
disconnected any day hence the Certified Copy is required
URGENTLY.
