Do hereby solemnly affirm, declare and undertake as hereunder:
1. That I have entered into an agreement with Rajiv Whig for purchase of 22.5% undivided, indivisible, and impartible ownership rights in the SAID PLOT OF LAND measuring 220.62 Square Yards, bearing No. A-61, situated at East of Kailash, New Delhi 110065, with all rights, title and interest, easements, and privileges. 2. I acknowledge that a fresh and newbuilding will be constructed on the said plot of land through its developer M/s Jahreet Infra Pvt. Ltd and the said plot of land so being developed by the Developer into a building (hereinafter referred to as the ‘said building’) consisting of Basement, Ground Floor, Stilt Parking, First Floor, Second Floor, Third Floor with Terrace. 3. That I have consented to the reconstruction and redevelopment of the said property further and have no objection to the fresh and new development of the aforesaid property for building thereon. 4. Subsequent to construction of the said building I shall be owner and occupant of the entire Entire First Floor, in the SAID PLOT OF LAND measuring 220.62 Square Yards, bearing No. A-61, situated at East of Kailash, New Delhi 110065, with all rights, title and interest, easements, privileges and appurtenances thereto, with all fittings, fixtures, connections, structure standing thereon, with all rights in common entrances, passages, staircase and other common facilities and amenities provided therein. 5. I am aware that a civil suit was filed on 7th May 2022 by Rajan Sharma & Anr (vide Civil Suit No. 364 IN THE COURT OF DISTRICT JUDGE, SOUTH-EAST DISTRICT, SAKET COURTS, DELHI of 2022) in respect of the property A-61 East of Kailash, New Delhi 110065 and that the civil suit is pending till date and no stay or injunction to restrict sale/transfer of the aforesaid property has been granted in the herein mentioned suit.
