Subject : Additional Holiday – Third week of Month

This is with reference to above subject,

At present our working days are from Monday to Saturday.
Management thinking providing additional one more Holiday
i.e Third Saturday for every month So as to give best to our
employees.

Accordingly we received employee’s feed back on the same. It

was positive approach from you all.

We are implementing from 16th January 2021 as trails/testing

basis. We will have closely watch /monitor on additional
Holiday’s effect on our Business, related to Customers
services, suppliers and other business aspects Based on
reports it will be deciding either to continue or discontinue
final decision by management.

All need to note that we are not increased existing working

hours to compensate addition Holiday. Trying provide the best
comfort and to attend employee’s personal work

Similarly employees also need contribute, to think and work

towards growth of organization.

In case you are required on 3rd Saturday at your work place,

you may be away from Pune on Third Saturday, you need to
come back and attend your work when ever required. NO
excuses

Further to this at our various customers sites, our service

engineers will be working as usual – as per customers working
days,

Since major work being done at warehouse for all MHEs,

team at warehouse and office will be having continuous work.
Only minor break down maintenance and Preventive
maintenance being done at sites,

Hence additional holiday being proposed to office and

warehouse teams.
