Leave and holidays: You are entitled for leave @ 1.75 days per completed month. However, for employees on
probation/training period/internship are entitled for one-day leave per month. Leave can be accumulated but has to be
utilized during your tenure with Onward. Leave cannot be encashed during the tenure of employment or at the time of
separation. It is expected that you take a prior leave approval from your Client Manager and Onward Reporting Manager.

In case of absence at work, you are expected to inform your Onward Reporting Manager and Client Reporting Manager
immediately (within two hours of beginning of office timings). Emergency leave is permissible only once in a quarter
considering the criticality of the situation. In case of uninformed absence from work, there will be loss of pay irrespective of
leave balance. If Comp-off is applicable, timeline to consume Comp-off is within two months excluding the month in which
last extra working is done. E.g. someone who has worked extra in April, can consume comp-off by 30th June. Comp-off
cannot be encashed, nor will be credited to the annual leave balance. Apart from that, you are entitled for annual public
holidays as well as per the customer holiday list. In case of any doubts/queries/concerns of any kind, you are expected to
seek a dialogue with your Onward Reporting Manager only.
