Dedication

This study is wholeheartedly dedicated to my beloved parents Nanay Ebith and Tatay Naring, who have
been my source of inspiration and strength throughout this research. Their continues moral, spiritual,
emotional, and financial support to my thesis.

To my siblings Kuya Genel Daryll and Ate Glenna Mae for their advices and financial support. Especially,
to my nephew Baby Matthew Lance for being my happy pill.

I dedicated this research on my research adviser, Ms. Abegail B. Jorojoro, for her tremendous effort and
patience to guide me throughout the research and helped me to better understand the key points of
this research.

Beside our adviser, I would like to thanks the rest of our thesis committee: Mr. Allan Valila, LPT, Prof.
