“Dear Diary,” It is acceptable and courteous that putting in the necessary effort to gain

muscle is a desirable way to live, as it allows the body and spirit to interact consciously. Having

this notion in mind, I have always desired to maintain fitness and good health. I considered

which sport I would participate in to guarantee that I met this acceptable standard. On a pleasant

evening, I considered joining my coworkers, who often exercise at the gym. When I arrived at

the gym, several friends demonstrated how to do the exercises initially, but I felt it was too basic

for me, so I decided to do it on my own. In my personal area, I placed a weight on the bench that

I could hardly handle. There was no one around to assist me, and I felt the only way out was to

scream, but the music was too loud, and no one could hear. When I recognized my error, my

waist seemed shattered, and my legs shook as if I were ready to urinate in the most ungainly

manner. In this tussle, a guy swiftly recognized my predicament and saved me. I erroneously

performed this sport in a highly wasteful method of my time and money.

I set out to address the problem of street begging, which is obviously aberrant. Still, I

quickly realized that doing so would present significant difficulties in a community where the

number of people living in poverty is disproportionately high. Finding a solution to this problem

necessitated that I go to an outlying area for a scheduled appointment, where I once again needed

to rely on the kindness of a stranger to get where I needed to go. This kind of begging wasn't

dishonest or counterproductive to society's morals. Still, it should be eliminated since it's so often

done carelessly just to take advantage of the people doing it (Seyoum, 2012).

Although I have been extremely good at controlling my expenditures, I often find that

when I go grocery shopping with a buddy, we wind up adopting the same cheapskate mentality. I

didn't start to really doubt this until after I got married, and my wife started complaining about
3

the same behavior. I was able to adopt a new strategy, and when I eventually saw my brother, he

observed that I had altered my typical expenditure patterns.
