I would like to take this wonderful opportunity to express my utmost

appreciation and gratitude to my supervisor Pn Wan Nor Asmah Bt Arshad for
her patience and never ending guidance. Without her guidance and support, I
would have not made it this far in my Action Research Report. She is like a
mother to me and she guided me with full of love in conducting my first research
and taking the baby step into the world of research. I am thankful for her aspiring
guidance, invaluably constructive criticism and friendly advice during the research.
Next, I would like to say my thank Pn Lee Sui Sum, my second supervisor whom is a
very patient person too. She guided me for the past 9 months until I completed my
research report. She sacrificed her time in order to guide me like her daughter. Beside
my supervisor, I should thank my ever loving parents for their continuous support and
guidance in completing this report. My father, Mr Sentna Raja Kalimuthu and my
mother, Mrs Sathees Kumari Gunasegaran in providing me all the facilities,
equipments, and financial aid in completing this project successfully.

 DEDICATION

I dedicate this action research to God Almighty my creator, my strong pillar, my

source of inspiration, wisdom, knowledge and understanding. He has been the
source of my strength throughout this research. I also dedicate this work to both
my parents; Mr K.Sentna Raja and Mrs. G.Sathees Kumari whom have
encouraged me all the way and whose encouragement has made sure that I
give it all it takes to finish that which I have started. To my loving grandfather Mr
S.Gunasegaran and grandmother Mrs S. Ponnumani as well as my late
grandparents Mr M.Kalimuthu and Mrs P.Periachi whom have given me all the
love and encouragement to achieve my dreams. To my siblings Mr Yuvarajan
Sentna Raja and Mr Pravinraj Sentna Raja whom have been affected in every
way possible by this quest. They have been my backbone in conducting this
research. Then, my cousins, uncles and aunt whom have been in touch with me
