Maintaining the Cleanliness of the School Environment

• Thesis

School cleanliness is one of several important factors to create comfort in the school
environment and its surroundings. Every school always teaches students to maintain
cleanliness.
Not infrequently many school cleanliness competitions are held to attract students to
care about cleanliness. Several ways can be done to keep the environment clean, such
as disposing of trash in its place, erasing blackboards, and sweeping classrooms.

• Argument

In class, pickets are usually distributed per day to maintain cleanliness. For this reason,
picket officers will usually be in charge of sweeping, erasing blackboards, and preparing
teacher stationery.
On Fridays, all class members do community service to clean up the school after the first
lesson is over. One of the benefits is to make the relationship among students, fellow
teachers, and between students and teachers more intimate.

• Reaffirmation

Cleanliness of the school environment is something that cannot be separated from school
life and is an important factor in achieving a comfortable teaching and learning process.
Cleanliness of the school environment also ensures the cleanliness of a person and his
health. Therefore, cleanliness is a human effort so that the environment remains healthy
and maintained continuously.
