Employees working in Cash Offices/ Dispensaries will, however, not have the options to
avail the restricted holidays of their own choice. CFO/CMO will declare suitable restricted
holidays in which all cash offices/ Dispensaries will be closed.

No sUbstitute holiday should be allowed if any of the festival holidays initially notified
subsequently happens to fallon a weekly off or any other non-working day or in the event
of more than one festival falling on the same day.

For offices in BRPL, any changes in the day of holidays in respect of Idu'l Fitr, Idu'l Zuha,
Muharram and Id-E-Milad, if necessary, depending upon sighting of the Moon, would be
notified by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi which would be followed by BRPL.
