27th, 2015
I would like the Board of Directors to permit me to resign from my position as A QC Staff with Rohto-
Mentholatum (Vietnam) Co., Ltd effective on November 3th, 2019.
Although I have enjoyed working in RMV, I come back home town to solve family affairs

I appreciate for opportunities that Board of Directors and company provided me to develop, during my
working time at position of a QC staff.
