 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This report is compiled in partial fulfillment of the Bachelor of commerce (Honors) Degree,
and the serves to provide an overview of what I learnt during the internship. This report is
about my internship program carried out at “Duroflex Pvt. Ltd.” From 20th December, 2019
to 18th January, 2020.

I have completed the internship under the guidelines of Mr. Kantharaju. He is an accounts
manager. In this report, I have discussed about every major aspect of the company, which I
observed and perceived during my internship program. In this report you will find the details
about the company that includes history, location, products, manufacturing process and
functions.

During my internship program, I worked In Accounting Department. I learnt recording

transactions, importance of auditing, quality check of the products and the production process.
All the departments have been discussed in detail and all the policies and procedures have been
described thoroughly.

During internship period, I was able to acquire more practical knowledge and was able to apply
the knowledge acquired during the academic studies in a real world scenario. This report has
been prepared using the standard format that was designed by the Department of Commerce.
This report contains the following headings: Introduction to product based company, Objective,
