Part - A
Attempt all question of this Part. Each question carries 5 marks.

1) Paradigms are changing the traditional forms of learning of law. They


are being replaced by new approaches to study law like live sources of
law. Is it correct to say that they have a overriding effect on the
traditional sources of study of law? Justify and comment critically.

2) How has the role and scope of research changed today? Comment
upon this statement in light of increasing relevance of interdisciplinary
and qualitative research.

Part – B
Attempt any two questions. Each question carries 10 marks.
3) Nature of law has changed with passage of time and we have outgrown
many customs and traditions today. Is the statement true? Discuss in
the light of Modern Society.

4) Statues and Text books along with the case laws will be the best
resources for understanding the legal provisions. Discuss critically
how these sources of study of law can never be replaced by the offline
libraries.

5) In a Constitutional Bench judgment, what would be the validity of


minority opinion? Explain in detail how these opinions create
principles which dictate the law of the country?

6) If a researcher fails to plan his research and follows the path of


random general investigation, what repercussions will the research
face? Can the philosophy of research be termed as subjective and
disoriented if the plan fails? Discuss.
