ACHIEVING SUSTAINABLE
SUCCESS
For achieving sustainable development, the energy destruction in the use of natural resources
must be minimized to such an extent that the supply of energy to future generations is assured and
that no harm is done to the environment.
Fundamentally, sustainable success is about finding ways where we can move beyond thinking
about the outcome as being a zero sum game , instead finding ways for it to be a win-win for all
parties.
WHAT IS SUCCESS ?
 Success is the achievement of a desired goal, such as for obtaining name and fame
or wealth or a higher degree, for which a person has tried his level best. It is the
positive consequence of one's achievement.
 Success is something that you have to define for yourself, and no one can do it for
you. Success could mean a sense of giving back to the world and making a
difference.
TYPES OF SUCCESS
 Inner Success
 Physical Success
 Family Success
 Carrier Success
 Economic Success
 Community Success
 Adventure Success
 Impact Success
INNER SUCCESS
 Inner success is when you are satisfied about your own
accomplishment.
 When you are at peace with yourself, you achieve inner success.
 The most important quality we need to develop for inner success is
positive attitude.
OUTER SUCCESS
 Outer success is how the outside world perceives success.
 It is measured (generally by others) by your money or power or
social rank.
 Outer success is reflected with your economic success, your career
progression, recognition from others, celebrity status.
 The outer life is what society rewards for, people often link this
with success.Examples - High grades, sports victories, popularity, and
college degrees.
PHYSICAL SUCCESS
 At least half an hour exercise daily.
 Eat right food (balanced diet) at right time.
 Fix sleeping time (going to bed & wake up from sleep).
 Stay Consistent and Motivated.
 Maintaining proper hygienic practices
ECONOMIC SUCCESS
 It can be defined as the increase or improvement in the inflation-adjusted
market value of the goods and services produced by an economy in a financial
year.
 If we are financially strong or having enough money, so that we can fulfill our
needs and needs of the family makes us happy. This is economic success.
EXPANDING ONE’S VISION OF
SUCCESS
WALT DISNEY'S SUCCESS VISION
WALT DISNEY: Contribute to people's lives through Entertainment and
hours of joy.
"People talk about me saying "The guy has no regard for money." That is not true. I have
had regard for money. But some people worship money as something you've got to have
piled up in a big pile somewhere. I've only thought about money in one way, and that is
to do something with it... I've always been bored with just making money. I've wanted to
do things; I wanted to build things, to get something going.
"I have never been interested in personal gain or profit. This business and this studio
have been my entire life."
ZLATAN IBRAHIMOVIC’S
SUCCESS VISION
The legendary football player has found great success after penning
his memories and it was only natural that the excitement in the
ballroom was truly palpable.
“When you do something in life, do it because you believe in it. When something
feels natural and real, that’s when it works all the time.”
“I don’t do things to carter to the expectations of others and when people doubt me,
it fills me with passion and I never give up or let the opinions of the others slow me
down.”
ENGINE OF SUCCESS
 Contributors have a deeper and wider definition of success than
Noncontributors.
 While Non-contributors define success in terms of material success,
achievement, external impact, etc.
 Contributors are able to deepen and widen this definition of success to include
personal fulfillment, development of self-esteem, ongoing development of
personal capabilities.
FRUIT OF SUCCESS
 Power and things like that will come by themselves. Put yourself to work, and you
will find such tremendous power coming to you that you will feel it hard to bear.
Even the least work done for others awakens the power within; even thinking the
least good of others gradually instills into the heart the strength of a lion.
 Each one us to have a large vision of success so that we create material,
intellectual and spiritual success not only for ourselves, but also for our fellowmen
and our whole country.
