3. Terms & Condition:

- Event shall be confirmed 7 days prior the Event date for preparation
purpose.
- Any changes of the quantity of attendees, user to inform minimum of 3
days prior the event date, above quantity will be valid as guarantee if the
attendees count on the day of the event are lesser than agreed upon.
- User to provide a NON-OBJECTION LETTER from related brand for using,
displaying, and advertising their brands in connection with Caspar Jakarta
and Caspar Jakarta will not held responsible of any related brand issue
after.
- User to send the list of the items carries for the event for loading letter
purposes.
- Any property damage will be charge to user according to the level of the
damage done.
- No weapon, drugs, pets, nor any activity beyond agreement that create
disturbance for CASPAR JAKARTA Clientele
- No other Food & Beverages product from outside of premises.
- Wall sticking decoration, balloons, flower arrangement above 30cm are
prohibited

4. Method of Guarantee:

- We are requiring a down payment of 30% of the total amount as a
guarantee. All reservations are provisional until we receive the deposit. To
confirm the booking, Restaurant Event Order should be sign where
indicated and returned as soon as possible, if the deposit amount
specified is not received by the date indicated, regrettably the
reservation for the event will subject to cancellation without prior notice.
- Reservation must be cancelled 2 (two) days prior the date of the event to
avoid 100% cancellation or no-show charges.
- Should some reason the event postpones, the same terms and conditions
will be applied as cancellation policy. Cancellation/postponement terms
and conditions are applied automatically once payment is paid or/and
agreement signed.
- Caspar Jakarta will not be held responsible for the failure to execute
obligations specified herein directly or indirectly occasioned by or through
or in consequence of war, strikes, riots and acts of God or condition
beyond the control of Caspar Jakarta or the Client.

At this stage, no function spaces have been blocked, until we receive the
deposit to confirm the event.
