• Nomination by your home university

• Online registration via Mobility-Online


for the exchange program
 Deadline: May 1

• Online application via C@MPUS for


admission at the university
 Deadline: June 1

• Mobility Online and C@MPUS are not


connected  two different systems!

Mobility-Online

Step 1:
• Receive e-mail from International Office
(check spam folder!)
• Please read e-mail + attachment carefully

Step 2:
• Set up username and password
 Make sure to remember username and
password!

Step 3:
• Fill out personal details + language level
• Registration for intensive German course
Mobility-Online

Language requirements:

• B2 in English + A2 German?
 Intensive German course is optional
 Arrival date either Sept 1 or Oct 1

• B2 in English + no German/below A2?


 Intensive German course mandatory!
 Arrival date September 1

 Requirements also apply for writing a thesis


and research projects!

Intensive German course

• Beginning: September 1
• Five to six weeks
• German lessons in the morning or
afternoon
• Orientation program Meet other
exchange students
• 6 – 8 ECTS (learning agreement)
• EUR 250

Step 4: Upload documents

• Picture of yourself
• Transcript of records
• Learning agreement (signed by you
and your home university)
• Proof of language skills (clear
indication of language level from A1 to
C2)

 Deadline: May 1!

 Don‘t forget to submit your


registration!

All documents uploaded?

 Great, we will check them and send


them automatically to your Erasmus
coordinator

• He/She will sign your learning


agreement and send it back to you via
e-mail = final learning agreement

• Upload to Mobility-Online once you


have received it (this can take a couple
of weeks)
