COURSE TITLE: Personality Development COURSE CODE: PERDEV COURSE CREDIT: 3 units

I. COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is designed to develop upon the students high self esteem and self-fulfillment as the most important goals an individual can achieve to have
a wholesome and well-balanced personality. Through this course, the adolescent students will come to self-awareness, self-exploration and self-actualization of
all facts of his personality – physical, social, mental, emotional, spiritual and moral. Inclusion of physical health and hygiene, grooming, poise and posture is given
emphasized.

II. GENERAL OBJECTIVES: At the end of the course, the student is expected to:
1. A more practical approach in the development of a more mature personality is reflected in every leaf of this subject.
2. Encompasses several strategies that could facilitate more learning as well as appreciation among others.
3. The development of every area that would suggest the rise of a dynamic and well-rounded individual.
