Subject : Permission for the Comprehensive Project Work- Devanshi Upadhyay
Dear Sir,
With reference to your letter on the above mentioned subject, we are pleased to inform you that we can Accommodate
five students from your institute- Devanshi Upadhyay in our organization for Comprehensive Project Work.
The duration for the Project Work will be for 21 Dec. 2022 to 21 jan. 2023.
The terms & condition to be followed by the students shall be as under:

 No stipend will be paid to the trainee.

 Company will not be responsible for any injury to the student during the course of training.
 Students will have to observe all the Rule & Regulation of the company prevailing from time to time.
 If found necessary due to some unavoidable circumstances, student will be asked to discontinue the training
immediately without asking any reason.
 Student will have to bring a copy of this letter when he/she reports for training, Govt. ID Proof & Collage ID
card. Report time is 09:00 Hrs.
 Student will report to Safety Officer on first day for Safety Training & Orientation
 Company agrees to impart above training as part of Social Responsibility and hence training will not create
any right for employment in the company or claim for any benefit available to the employee for our company.
 The student as to submit the copy or his / her report to the HR Dept. on completion or said – training.
