With Reference to your letter cited above, we are pleased to inform that permission is granted to your

You are hereby advised to comply with the following conditions:

a) The Training charges will be Rs. 2,000/- (Two thousand rupees only) Per Head per Month. The
total fee(s) amount shall be paid by the concerned student for the entire period (no. of months) at the
time of joining only.
b) There is a fee concession for SC/ST category student (s), for which they have to submit
Gazette officer attested copy of SC / ST caste certificate on the date of reporting. The Training
charges will be Rs. 400/- (Four Hundred Rupees only) per Head per month. The total fee(s) amount
shall be paid by the concerned student for the entire period (no. of months) at the time of joining
only.
c) The mode of payment of prescribed fees may be paid by QR Code at Hindustan Shipyard Ltd
through PHONE PAY/
PAYTM or through any UPI mode.
d) The students may be advised to report to the undersigned office with following:
1.Photostat copy of this letter.
2.Identity card issued by Institute, Aadhar card Copy.
3.THREE (03) Stamp size & THREE (03) Pass port size photographs.
4. Medical certificate that you are Asymptomatic from COVID-19
Please Note The Following:-
e) Strict adherence to Safety rules of HSL are to be followed by wearing safety shoes, safety
helmet and overall (If onboard)
f) The student has to be insured himself covering the total duration of internship period and
required to be submit Photostat copy of student covered insurance policy to HSL.
g) The above students are required to execute an indemnity bond individually on a non-judicial
stamp paper of a minimum denomination indemnifying HSL towards any untoward incident/accident
that if occur. The Indemnity Bond duly signed by the student (also with natural/ legal guardian in
case of minor) and required to be submit Photostat copy of indemnity bond to HSL.
h) The students are not allowed to carry their mobiles or any electronic gadgets inside the
premises except on the day of joining. If found with any gadget by any HSL employee, the
internship permission is liable to be cancelled by communicating to your college Authorities.
i) During the approved period of Internship / Industrial Training the students will not allow to go
out without a proper communication from the college authorities from the college mail.
j) The training completion certificate shall be provided on the closure date at the afternoon
session only for the period of training (based on the attendance) underwent by the student(s),
including holidays.
k) HSL will not provide facilities like Transport, Lodging & Boarding.
