Which side of the cause & effect equation are you on? Are
you the cause in your life, or are you the effect of things in
your life?
Prayer
From experience, let me tell you: "Every word is a prayer.
Every thought you hold in your mind casts a spell. Every
action is a magical act. Every identification is a false identifi-
cation. What you hold in your mind creates a result, so every-
thing you think, everything you say, and everything you do
has consequences."
John Ka'imikaua says that the ancients used to say, "In the
word, there is life; in the word, there is death." This has a
meaning that is still very important to us today.
"Take care in what you ask for. Take care, for there are conse-
quences for what you receive. Situations which are not win-
win often require a payback. Every successful spell you cast
may have the potential to reduce your freedom and increase
your bondage because of your attachment to the result
through the spell. That is why you should have your Awaiku
cast all spells."
