Scope Of Work
1. Any civil work i.e Core Cutting, Eexcavation, Refinishing, Scaffolding will be done at your end
2. If any extra material required , extra charges will be applicable
3. Requied Electric Supply for our electrical panel/starter for pumps for fire alarm system panel.
4. Once finalise the Work Order - Price variation of - / + 5% for basic rate material shall be consider,
However any variation above or below said limit shall be adjusted in price
Terms and Condition
50% Advance along with Work order.
1.Payment Terms:
30% against Delivery & 20% Against testing & Commissioning
2. Prices : Including Transport at site
