I am writing this letter to inform all therapist of Init-Init Massage Therapy services that starting
tomorrow I will be leaving for just 3 weeks Due to my personal reasons.

I am appointing Mr. Rafael Jose Vasquiz one of our therapist to be the officer in-charge. For that, all
concerns that may arise during my leave will be accommodated by this appointed person. In case you
need my help, feel free to message me at my Facebook account "Marwin H. Ajero" and I will give you my
assurance to make a response. I will assume that the cooperation and the responsibilities of each
subordinates and officers should be practiced accordingly.
