see attached information for your reference.

This memorandum is being issued to inform you that this record shows little to no improvement in your
attendance records contrary to what we have talked about during our last intervention at the BGC Branch
that you will improve your behavior.

According to the last memorandum, you were notified of your possible termination if no improvement
towards your behavior is observed, and last December 31, 2022, the decision has finally push through and
became effective immediately.

However, the Management has decided to assign you to our Makati Branch to be placed under
observation, and to give you a final chance to improve your behavior regarding Tardiness and Habitual
Absenteeism.

Should your behavior improve, the Management will decide to let you continue in on your employment
with us, but if there would be no improvement, the termination will push through.
