TECHNOLOGIES CONSOLIDATED PARTNERSHIP a partnership duly organized and
existing under and by virtue of the law of the Republic of the Philippines, DO HEREBY
CERTIFY, that:

At the regular partnership meeting of the said Partnership duly convened and held on
15 December 2022 at which meeting a quorum was present and acting throughout, the
following resolutions were approved, and the same have not been annulled, revoked and
amended in any way whatever and are full force and effect on the date hereof:

(1) RESOLVED, that PABLO G. RACINES will be in isolation from 15 to 28

December 2022, due to a medical procedure. (See attached Certified True
Copy of Medical Certificate)

(2) RESOLVED, that SARAH JOY BARAOIDAN will sign in behalf of Pablo G.
Racines for all Accounting, Disbursement and other Financial related Vouchers
for the Consulting Services for the Conduct of Pre-Feasibility Study of the
Proposed Mabitac-Sta. Maria-Infanta Road, Province of Laguna, CID No.
22CSD002 of Region IV-A.
