I, Regina Joyce C. Gonzales, of legal age, Filipino, being the duly elected and qualified Corporate
Secretary of FARA88 CONSTRUCTION AND SUPPLY CORP., a corporation duly organized and
existing under the laws of the Philippines, with office address at Purok 8, M.S. Garcia, Cabanatuan City,
under oath, do hereby certify that at the special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation held on
July 30, 2018, the following resolution was unanimously approved:

“RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of FARA88 CONSTRUCTION AND SUPPLY CORP.
has unanimously voted to name all payments due to FARA88 CONSTRUCTION AND SUPPLY CORP.
to ALFRED ROBERT C. GONZALES in his capacity as President and Major Stockholder and shall be
deposited at his BPI Account Number 8623139167 with Account name ALFRED ROBERT C.
GONZALES.

“RESOLVED , that they also agreed that all payments named to FARA88 CONSTRUCTION
AND SUPPLY CORP. shall likewise be credited to the same aforementioned BPI account.

“RESOLVED further that ALFRED ROBERT C. GONZALES, President of the corporation is
authorized as he is authorized to execute trade, to transact, and to sign for and in behalf of the said
corporation the pertinent papers or documents regarding the said transaction.”

This certification is issued in connection with facilitating deposit of checks issued in the name of FARA88
CONSTRUCTION AND SUPPLY CORP.
