Executive Officer
Isabela State University

Madam:

This is regarding my nomination as the Program Chair of BS Entrepreneurship and as Socio-

Cultural Coordinator of ISU-Cauayan Campus. I am very thankful for the trust and confidence
that has been granted to me in which I was nominated to the said designations. After careful
consideration, I regret that I must decline these nominations. Although your administration was
most encouraging in outlining future advancement possibilities within our organization, I plan to
pursue my doctorate degree first in order to further alleviate the profile of our program likewise
for personal reasons.

I’m so thankful to the leadership and resiliency that you’ve manifested in which paved our way
to reach broader opportunities. It was in your administration where I was able to acquire my
permanency status.

During my term as Program Chair of BS-Entrepreneurship, we were able to surpass the level 2
Accreditation of AACUP

We also established academic relations with RAJAMANGALA UNIVERSITY THANYABURI

THAILAND and made University history by launching the student exchange program in our
campus from our partner University the RMUTT

It was in your term where I was permitted to have an immersion at CHANG JUNG
UNIVERSITY in TAIWAN

Presentation of my research in NATIONAL UNIVERSITY SINGAPORE on ANTI MONEY

LAUNDERING was also approved and endorsed during your term.

You also allowed our students to attend trainings facilitated by TEMASEK POLYTECHNIC
UNIVERSITY SINGAPORE.

You also authorized us and our students to attend in the GONEGOSYO INTERNATIONAL
SUMMIT facilitated by Presidential Adviser for Entrepreneurship Leo Concepcion

was also accomplished.

Three million (3000000) pesos laboratory equipment was also procured and ready for utilization.

Redesigning the BS-ENTREPRENEURSHIP Curriculum was done twice during my term

and recently,

We obtained level 3 accreditation status from AACUP

You have been the most kind and gracious throughout my leadership, and I only wish that
circumstances will allow me to be on my best fit to fill in the designations again and help my
colleagues and our students. However, you can always count on me on rendering my services as
a faculty member as we all aim to attain our goals, perform our mission and keep our commitments
to quality and service.

Sincerely yours,

Ronald B. Isidro Jr.
