MEMORANDUM

RE : NOTICE TO EXPLAIN AND TO BE SUSPENDED

DATE : SEPT 16, 2021

This refers to report that have reached the management concerning your
indecent posts on social media. As you may be aware, these acts constitute sufficient
ground for disciplinary action, including suspension and expulsion.

In this incident, you are required to explain in writing within forty-eight hours
(48) from receipt of this about what made you do the that certain act of defilement that
will ruin the integrity of the administration and the University. With your written
explanation also comes a counseling with your parents. Failure on your part to submit
a written explanation and to comply is a sign of unwillingness to abide by the policies
and standards imposed by this Program the BS Entrepreneurship, which will eventually
subject you to further suspension and damages to your records in our University.

In addition, considering the nature and gravity of the offense you committed,
and the nature of your acts, this considers you as threat to the program or students of
the University. As such, you are hereby placed under preventive suspension for seven
(7) days, effective Sept 20, 2021.

Your written explanation shall form part of the records of this case. After due
deliberation, a decision shall be rendered based on the available records.
