The letter is a reminder of the company's attendance policy, which requires


employees to report from 7:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m

This letter is a formal written warning and a write-up, with the possibility of further write-ups
if attendance issues persist. If no improvement is made, the employee's employment may be
terminated.

1. 1st offense: Written Reprimand


2. 2nd offense: Warning for suspension
3. 3rd offense: Two (2) days suspension without pay
4. 4th offense: Three (3) suspension without pay
5. 5th offense: 1 week suspension without pay
6. 6th offense: Deduction for Rice Allowance
7. 7th offense 1st Warning for Termination
8. 8th offense: last Warning for termination
9. 9th offense: Termination

The company takes employee health and well-being seriously and encourages improvement in
attendance and punctuality. The letter encourages discussing personal or professional
concerns with the manager or HR to find solutions.
