SUBJECT: NOTICE OF EXPLAIN

Dear Mr. Raga,

Please submit your written explanation to the DISCIPLINARY MATTERS being charged against you
described and enumerated below, within two (2) days from receipt of this notice. Specifically, the charges
are:

OFFENSE / VIOLATIONS

1. Violation of the rule on confidentiality of information.

 March 1, 2023 – One of the Palawan Team reported that the employee breached the
confidentiality of Salary in the following instances:

1.1. During site work in the Palawan site, the employee discussed his salary with Ramil
Nudalo.

1.2. On the 25th of February 2023, which is their rest day, while overnight in the house in
one of the teams in Palawan, the employee discussed his salary with his colleagues.

Failure on your part to submit a written explanation within the given period shall constitute a waiver of
your right to be heard, hence, the management shall resolve this case forthwith. Also, you are hereby
instructed to attend a conference to be conducted via MS Teams on March 13, 2023 – Monday, as this
will give you the opportunity to verbally explain your side and present your witnesses and other evidence

In the event that you are found guilty of the said charges, the company may terminate your employment
and/or impose other appropriate penalties.
