In the exigency of the service, you are directed to attend the above-mentioned activity
on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, 1:00PM onwards at the ABC Hall. The agenda shall be as
follows:
1. Preparations for Lenten Season 2023
2. Preparations for Provincial Athletic Meet 2023
3. Preparations for possible effects of Mindoro Oil Spill
4. Status of Plans, Programs, and Activities
5. Other matters
For purposes of discussion, you are urged to make brief and concise updates on the
matters that will be discussed for your respective office/s. You may coordinate with this
office for inclusion of other items on the agenda until tomorrow, March 28, 2023.
