SUBJECT: NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF PROJECT EMPLOYMENT

Dear Mr. Raga,

This letter is to bring to your notice that your employment with the company, Radiowave
Unified Communications Construction Inc. (RUC) as a Rigger will be terminated on March
29, 2023.

The following transgressions which were raised on March 9, 2023, and ascertained by the
management team on March 13, 2023, are just cause for termination:

1. Violation of rules on confidentiality of information.

You are required to return any of the company’s material, documents, or equipment to which you
had access during the period of your contract. As with all employees, you are bound by our
confidentiality and data protection policies.

The management decided to give your last pay, with the following inclusion:

1. Last Payroll – March 16 to 29, 2023

2. 13th Month Pay – Jan. 30 to March 29, 2023

The final amount will be provided to you by April 10, 2023.
