SUBJECT: Notice of Absent Without Leave or AWOL

Dear Ms. Dopeño,

On record, Last November 7, 2022, we sent a Notice of Return to Work by November 9, 2022 to your
personal e-mail and hardcopy to your home address. The HR Department reached out to you to discuss
settling your immediate resignation and turnover, but you remain unreachable.

In view of the foregoing, please submit your written explanation to the DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
being charged against you described and enumerated below, within three (3) days from receipt of this
notice. Specifically, the charges are pursuant to the violation of Contract Project Employment as follows:

1. “3.3.1. Gross negligence or willful misconduct of the CONSULTANT in the performance of his
duties”

2. “7.5 The CONSULTANT shall not, for a period of three (3) months after termination of this
Agreement, directly or indirectly, solicit any clients or subscribers of RUC, without the express
consent of RUC. The CONSULTANT further agrees that such solicitation would necessarily
involve the disclosure or use of Confidential Information in material breach of this Agreement.”
a. Last Oct. 28, 2022 – you stated to the HR Officer, Paula Landig that your new employer
is requesting for your immediate start and come up to have at least 2weeks turnover,
agreed to have Nov. 16, 2022, as your last day but during the holiday – Nov. 1, 2022, you
insisted Nov. 5, 2022, as your last day and decide to abandon your site in Jaro, Iloilo
without proper turnover and clearance with your Immediate Supervisor, Franco Roque.
As result, you have pending works that need to be a proper transition to the CME
Department.

b. Last Nov. 7, 2022 – Your transfer to one of our clients, ISON has been brought to our
attention due to the violation of your employment contract.

You are hereby instructed to attend a conference to be conducted via MS Teams Link on November 25,
2022 – 9:00 AM, as this will give you the opportunity to verbally explain your side and present your
witnesses and other evidence regarding the said disciplinary matters. The link for the said MS Teams
