NOTICE OF END OF CONTRACT

Dear Dato,

This is to inform you that because of changes in business direction our Client Humabon
Distributors will no longer be Nestle’s QC CaMaNaVa distributor effective November 1, 2021.
Consequently, our contract with Humabon Distributors is considered completed and ended as of
October 31, 2021.

In light of this development, we regret to inform you that the Company is constrained to end your
contract and terminate your services effective thirty (30) days from receipt of this memorandum.
This decision is not a reflection on your performance.

The company expects your full cooperation during this last month. Any unauthorized absences or
absences without official leave during this period shall still be covered by the company's work
rules and regulations and will be dealt with accordingly.

Please be available on November 26, 2021, for the completion of your exit formalities. Post
completion of your exit formalities, your full and final settlement will be processed along with
your COR/COE which you will receive on or before the following 30 days.

We thank you for your valuable contribution during your employment with us.
