    SUBJUCT TERMINATION OF DEALERSHIP

    We wish to inform you that management has decided to terminate the dealership contract due to not
    fulfilling sales targets in given time frame from your side.

    We intimated you earlier by warning letter on 10 th December 2020 of not fulfilling sales targets. Four
    months have been elapsed but your performance is still not up to mark due to which we are terminating
    your contract immediately.

    Please acknowledge that you have received this letter. Should you have any questions regarding this
    matter please revert back to us.
