Subject: Warning Letter

Dear Shafkat Khandaker,

We are very regret to inform you that we are issuing a warning letter to you in terms of
your dissatisfactory role playing as a leader of department. We had some conversation
previously about your reporting and misleading as well gave the verbal warning also.
Now, management is highly dissatisfied in regards of your team management.
Hereinafter it is the last time, we warned you. On the basis of the whole scenario
management will keep you under supervision for the month of 15th May 2021.You
will be with us if you can able to overcome this mentioned lack by improving your
performance. Otherwise, we are providing the 15 days’ notice as where your last
working day will be 15 May 2021.

We hope you can cover your limitation as senior by glorious come back.
